Aviation is a key practice area for 3 Hare Court. Our skills in commercial litigation and personal injury / travel run hand in hand with our considerable international experience in aviation claims.

Our members have acted for airlines, aircraft owners, airport authorities, tour operators and travel agents, lessors and lessees, insurers, consumers/passengers and aircraft staff.

We have acted in disputes across all aspects of the industry including claims involving leasing and purchase disputes, insurance and reinsurance disputes, psychiatric injury following air accidents, employers’ liability claims, claims outside the Conventions, military related claims and carriage by air disputes.

Members are also regularly called upon to contribute to legal journals and speak at industry conferences on important aviation decisions and their implications, plus any arising jurisdictional issues.
