Public Law

3 Hare Court’s public law team has considerable expertise across a broad range of public law and regulatory matters.

Chambers has a strong reputation nationally and internationally for public law and 3 Hare Court barristers are recommended as leading Civil Liberties and Human Rights practitioners. A number of our barristers are on to the Attorney General’s panels of counsel and are panel counsel for the Equality and Human Rights Commission.

Our barristers have acted in high-profile and complex public law cases, acting on behalf of claimant, state departments, public organisations and regulatory bodies. Our members also appear in applications to the European Court of Human Rights.

3 Hare Court’s team offers a multi-jurisdictional practice, with barristers regularly appearing in local courts subject to the jurisdiction of the Privy Council. We also have members acting and advising on matters of Public International Law.
