Arbitration, especially international arbitration, has long been a significant part of the work of many members of Chambers.

Members have experience of arbitration under all of the main arbitral regimes (for example, the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules, the ICC Arbitration Rules, and the LMAA Terms) and leading institutions (for example, the LCIA, the ICA, the PCA, and the HKIAC). They handle both commercial arbitration and treaty-based investor-State arbitration (and in relation to the latter can draw on extensive academic expertise within Chambers).

Members of Chambers often act as co-counsel, working with lawyers in private practice or in government from around the world.

Members act both as arbitral counsel and as arbitrators.
