The 3 Hare Court property litigation team regularly advise and appear in court on a broad range of commercial and residential property work including lease renewals, rent reviews, dilapidations and disrepair, service charge disputes, right to manage claims, and all varieties of actions for possession.

The team also has considerable experience of freehold enfranchisement and lease extension claims under the 1967 and 1993 Acts and also deals with land law issues, such as adverse possession, and restrictive and positive covenants.

The property litigation team’s expertise in these areas is not limited to the United Kingdom, and members have recently advised in cases from St Lucia, Mauritius, Trinidad and Tobago, Gibraltar and elsewhere.
