Junior counsel (led by Aidan Casey KC) in a four-day Court of Appeal hearing representing the employee of a bank in his appeal against findings of liability for dishonest assistance associated with a €100m fraud.
Second junior counsel (led by Tom Poole KC) in a LCIA arbitration concerning a copper mine in Russia, with substantial Russian law elements and offshore issues.
Assisted Aidan Casey KC in another series of international arbitrations arising out of Russian / CIS disputes, including advising on anti-suit injunctions and associated issues.
Junior counsel (led by Peter Knox KC) in the 10 day trial of an unfair prejudice petition in the High Court.
Regular appearances in the Business and Property Courts and the County Court in a range of corporate and personal insolvency matters and general commercial claims.
