Chambers has a longstanding and substantial administrative law practice, with members providing advisory and advocacy services in respect of judicial review proceedings to government departments and public bodies as well as to private individuals and others seeking to challenge government decisions. Several members of Chambers have been elected to the Attorney-General’s Panel of Counsel.

Chambers’ Administrative Law barristers regularly appear in judicial review claims in the Upper Tribunal and High Court, and in appeals up to the Court of Appeal, Supreme Court, the European Court of Human Rights, and Court of Justice of the European Union. Members of Chambers have specific expertise in investigations concerning the State’s obligations under the ECHR, elections disputes, and immigration and asylum law.
