Join the debate about the future of CVAs.

Date: 20th April 2021

Time: 10am to 11.15am

Location: Via Zoom, registration link below

In this live webinar, we will debate key issues and challenges relating to the Company Voluntary Arrangement (CVA) framework and provide some practical guidance for landlords and tenants on how they can navigate the future.

Leading experts from 3 Hare Court, Edwin Coe LLP, FRP Advisory and CWM will form a panel to consider a variety of challenges currently facing landlords and tenants, including:

  • Why do tenants find CVAs attractive?
  • Why do landlords tend to dislike CVAs?
  • In the early days, did tenants take advantage of the CVA framework?
  • Have landlords participated in consensual discussions around CVAs?
  • What challenges are facing the CVA doctrine?
  • How do we navigate the future?

We would be delighted if you and your colleagues could join us for what promises to be a lively and informative debate. There will be an opportunity to ask questions.
