Members of 3HC recognised by Best Lawyers 2024

Six members of 3 Hare Court have been recognised by peer-review publication Best Lawyers.

Best Lawyers’ methodology is designed to capture the consensus opinion of leading lawyers about the professional abilities of their colleagues within the same geographical region and legal practice area.

Our six members are:

• Peter Knox KC: Peter is an experienced advocate in commercial, chancery, professional negligence, property, and constitutional and administrative law.
• Jeffrey Golden KC (Hon): Jeffery is a specialist arbitrator, mediator and expert with broad experience of a wide range of capital markets matters, including swaps and derivatives, international equity and debt offerings, US private placements and listings, and mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures.
• Katherine Deal KC – Voted the 2024 “Lawyer of the Year” for in Travel Law in London: Katherine specialises in personal injury work with a focus on travel litigation including aviation claims.
• Andrew Young: Andrew specialises in acting for claimants who have suffered injuries or illnesses while working overseas, particularly for international security companies and in the oil industry.
• Pierre Janusz: Pierre’s practice covers all aspects of general common law and commercial litigation, with a strong emphasis on real property, landlord and tenant matters and associated professional negligence claims, but he is also recognised as a leading junior in personal injury claims.
• Satvinder Juss: Satvinder has a broad public law and commercial litigation practice, with an emphasis on covering a wide range of contractual, property and human rights related disputes.
