Jas Jandu joins 3 Hare Court

Chambers welcomes Jas Jandu who joins as a member. Jas was called to the Bar in 2014 after practising as a Solicitor from 2004-2014. He is an experienced litigator with 20 years’ experience of advising and acting for UK/international corporates, individuals, or public bodies on matters of English law and complex High Court litigation with an international element. His practice ranges from Regulatory Enforcement (with a focus on FCA & Financial Services, Banking and Payment Services cases) to Civil Fraud, Financial Crime and Commercial Litigation; he can also advise on related Administrative & Public Law matters. Jas is ranked by the Legal 500 2024 edition in ‘Financial Services Regulation’ and ‘Business & Regulatory Crime’.
