We have a long history of acting in Privy Council cases, but over the last two weeks members of Chambers have been involved in all eight appeals before the Judicial Committee.

The cases raised important issues concerning variously constitutional rights, public law principles and statutory interpretation.

The last two appeals, heard on Wednesday 27th March, involved five members of Chambers.

The members of Chambers involved in the appeals were: Peter Knox QC, Howard Stevens QC, Thomas Roe QC, Tom Poole, Robert Strang, and Rowan Pennington-Benton.

All appeals in the Privy Council are broadcast live but are also available to view via the JCPC website.
