3 Hare Court attends 25th Annual IBA Arbitration Day in Singapore

3 Hare Court is attending the 25th Annual IBA Arbitration Day in Singapore on 23 February.

Thomas Roe KC, Ben Channer and Charlotte Pope-Williams, members of our international arbitration group, will be in attendance; as well as Senior Clerk James Donovan.

The conference, presented by the IBA Arbitration Committee will cover topics including arbitrability and validity of arbitration proceedings and how to ensure consent to arbitrate. The IBA Arbitration Committee focuses on laws, practice and procedures relating to the arbitration of transnational disputes. Through its conferences, publications and projects, the Committee seeks to share information about international arbitration, promote its use and improve its effectiveness.
