3 Hare Court at the Commonwealth Law Conference 2023

We are very pleased to be attending the 23^rd Commonwealth Law Conference in Goa, India.

From 5^th – 9^th March 2023, some 1,000 delegates from across the Commonwealth will come together to debate and explore the conference theme of “Commonwealth lawyers – common challenges in uncommon times”.

A number of our members (including four who are speaking) and Senior Clerk James Donovan will be in attendance.

At 3 Hare Court we have a long history of representing parties to litigation and arbitrations throughout the Commonwealth and our members belong to Bars of many countries.

We have also been involved in many cases from countries outside the Commonwealth. Members of 3 Hare Court have acted in international arbitrations, for and against governments, companies, institutions and individuals throughout the world and have an international reputation for effective advocacy.

We are looking forward to seeing many of our friends at the conference and we hope to make many more.
