February Insolvency Webinar – Selling assets at the right value

Our February insolvency webinar took place on 16 February.

Junior counsel James Gale covered the topic of selling assets at the right value.

This follows Simon’s many cases in this area including Devon Commercial and Simon’s recent involvement in the One Blackfriars trial in June 2020. At the time, it was the longest virtual hearing to take place. Judgment is still pending on this matter.

The webinar explored ‘Transactions at an Undervalue’, and what you should consider when a sale or transfer of an asset does not perhaps reflect its true value.
