This week Emily Moore from our employment law team and a former member bring you the latest in our series of bite sized videos on employment issues arising from the COVID-19 pandemic. The topic this week is money for the arts and the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

In this webinar they address what the £1.57 billion support package means for the arts and jobs in the creative sector as well as the report from Labour Behind the Label into Boohoo’s suppliers.

They talk about the employment issues it raises including corporate reporting requirements under the Modern Slavery Act, allegations of furlough fraud and failure to pay the national minimum wage.
