Thomas Roe QC is delighted to be speaking at the Commonwealth Law Conference in Livingstone, Zambia from 8th to 12th April 2019.

The Commonwealth Lawyers Association along with the Law Association of Zambia will be presenting the 21st Commonwealth Law Conference on the theme: “The Rule of Law in Retreat? Challenges for the Modern Commonwealth.”

The Commonwealth Law Conference has always been a unique event attracting the legal fraternity spread over the continents by offering a platform to discuss topical issues. They will be focusing on various streams on Corporate & Commercial, Constitutional & Human Rights, Legal & the Judicial Profession and also Contemporary Legal topics.

Thomas will be speaking  on two separate topics: “Representing Clients in International Arbitration Fora” and “R (Miller and Santos) v Secretary of State – Lessons in Constitutionalism”.
