James Guthrie QC wrote an article, titled: ‘The prosecutor and human rights – from the general to the particular’ that was recently published in the Commonwealth Law Bulletin, Volume 39, Issue 1, 2013.
The article looks at the fundamental aspects of a fair trial and among other things refers to Randall v The Queen [2002] UKPC 19, [2002] 1 WLR 2237 in which Mr Guthrie acted for the appellant (click here to download judgment).
