Louise Basden joined us in July 2026, bringing nearly 20 years of experience working in Barristers’ Chambers. She is a highly skilled commercially aware fees clerk displaying her abilities to reform and improve fee collection, aged debt and credit control processes, resulting in smooth and efficient fees collection.
Louise also has much experience in varying Customer facing roles (hospitality, training, consultant) and prides herself on giving excellent customer service, maintaining at all times dependable positive relationships with professional contacts and internal customers/colleagues.
Louise enjoys exploring beautiful beaches around Devon & Cornwall, as well as pursuing interesting food and travel experiences.
Louise’s normal working days are Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
