Pakistan International Airline Corporation v Times Travel (UK) Ltd [2021] UKSC 40

Today the Supreme Court handed down its judgment in the matter of Pakistan International Airline Corporation (Respondent) v Times Travel (UK) Ltd (Appellant) establishing the existence of and test for economic duress for the first time.
