New Practice Direction on Trial Witness Statements Webinar

3 Hare Court will be hosting a webinar on the 30th March from 5pm to 6pm on New Practice Direction on Trial Witness Statements – A watershed or damp squib?

From 6 April 2021, a new Practice Direction (57AC) comes into force imposing significant rule changes on the preparation and drafting of trial witness statements in the Business and Property Courts.

The webinar will provide a detailed precis of the Practice Direction and accompanying Statement of Best Practice, offering definitive views on their interpretation and application.
