Chambers are thrilled to announce that we have won the UK Impact Case of the Year at the Managing IP Awards 2025. Peter Knox KC and Adam Riley have won for their work on the matter of Lifestyle Equities CV v Ahmed (2024). A case that has had a significant impact on intellectual property law, particularly in the area of trade mark infringement.

Peter and Adam were instructed by Rudi Ramdarshan and Victoria Huxley of Ronald Fletcher Baker LLP. The team also included Laurent Sykes KC (Gray’s Inn Tax Chambers) and Dr. Tim Sampson (Lamb Chambers).

The Managing IP Awards programme is one of the most comprehensive and widely respected IP law firm awards event in the legal industry. Covering the Americas, Asia-Pacific, and EMEA regions, the programme spans several IP practice areas and includes more than 50 jurisdictions.
