Our members also act as counsel in arbitrations in all of our practice areas. See our Arbitration page for further details. Some of our more senior members also act as arbitrators in a range of industry sectors, including commercial, company and financial services.

Our arbitrators accept appointments (whether sole, party or chair) in institutional and ad hoc arrangements, including via arbitral institutions under all major arbitration rules: AAA, CAS, DIAC, HKIAC, ICC, ICSID, LCIA, LMAA, SIAC and UNCITRAL. Our more junior members also accept instructions to act as a tribunal secretary.
