Jas Jandu obtains Mediator & Arbitrator qualifications

We are pleased to confirm that Jas Jandu is now professionally qualified to act as a Mediator in disputes, having obtained accreditation from the Society of Mediators, of which he is a Member. He is also available to sit as a qualified Arbitrator (whether as Sole Arbitrator or Tribunal Panel member) and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb).

Jas’s practice ranges from advising on Regulatory/FCA Banking/Finance Cases and International Commercial Disputes to Civil Fraud, Financial Crime and related Administrative Law matters. He has experience of representing and advising clients in various contexts including Investigations, Litigation and Settlement Negotiations.

His latest professional qualifications underline his commitment to helping resolve disputes either as a neutral third party or by offering crucial, well-informed advice and representation for clients involved in International/Domestic Arbitrations or in Mediations.
