2nd Jul 2015 | News

We will be hosting two seminars on Wednesday 22 July and Wednesday 29 July. Both seminars will discuss whistleblowing and the conflict between religious rights and LGBT rights. The speakers will be Tom Poole and Sara Ibrahim.

Each seminar will cover:

    • An overview of whistleblowing law and practice, focussing on recent developments and asking the question ‘is the law fit for purpose?’
    • Eweida v UK; Bull v Hall – has the argument been settled? A hierarchy of rights.
    • Recent cases
  • Reasonable accommodation – the next step?

The seminars will take place in our Conference Room in Chambers and will start at 8.00am and finish at 9.30am. Please note that there are limited places.
