Appeal by an investment officer against employment tribunal decision dismissing his complaint of automatic unfair dismissal and upholding his complaint of ordinary unfair dismissal but awarding nil compensation – whether the tribunal had been wrong to find that the employee had not made protected disclosures and had not acted in good faith.
