Refugee Legal Support Athens shortlisted for Lexis Nexis Pro Bono Award

17 January 2018

Refugee Legal Support Athens is a voluntary organisation run by experienced lawyers practising in EU asylum and international protection law. It was set up in April 2017 to show solidarity with refugees and those working with them.

Members of 3 Hare Court have been heavily involved with the project: Julia Lowis acts on the executive committee and Natasha Jackson went out to Greece to volunteer with the project last year.

The organisation has been shortlisted for the Pro Bono Award as part of the prestigous Lexis Nexis Legal Awards 2018. The winners will be announced on 15 March.
