Katherine Deal to be appointed Queen’s Counsel

It is with great pleasure that 3 Hare Court announce that Katherine Deal is to be appointed Queen’s Counsel at a ceremony at the Palace of Westminster on Monday 11th March 2019. Chambers is particularly delighted as Katherine will be the first woman QC in Chambers’ 75 year history.

Katherine Deal was called to the Bar in 1997 and practices in Travel, Personal Injury and Aviation. In the current edition of Chambers and Partners she is ranked as a Star Individual in Travel: International Personal Injury and in Aviation. In the Legal 500 she is ranked in Aviation, Personal Injury and Travel Law (including jurisdictional issues).  In Who’s Who Legal she is ranked in Aviation and Travel.

In addition, she sits as a Recorder in the Crown and County Courts.
