The Judicial Committee of the Privy Council handed down three judgments this week, with members of Chambers appearing in every case. Peter Knox KC, Tom Poole KC, & Robert Strang acted for all the successful respondents.
The appeals, from Bermuda and Trinidad and Tobago, spanned issues including alleged breaches of constitutional rights, delay and abuse of process, and the recovery of the proceeds of crime. Together, they reflect both the breadth and depth of Chambers’ expertise in international and Privy Council litigation.
