The Trinidad and Tobago Teaching Service Commission’s requirement that applicants have a minimum of five years’ teaching experience at the cut-off date for applications for the post of Vice-Principal was not unreasonable and did not preclude full consideration of the factors set out in the Public Service Commission Regulations (Trinidad and Tobago) reg.18(1) to reg.18(3).
