Tom Poole has successfully obtained the dismissal of a multi-million-pound Chancery claim, which raised serious allegations of fraud, misrepresentation, conspiracy, theft of a patent application and sale at an undervalue against both individuals and corporate entities. The claim concerned a patent to construct floating buildings in the Thames flood plain.
