In Mudiyanselage & Others v SSHD [2018] EWCA Civ 65, Tom Poole acted for the Secretary of State for the Home Department in three of the six joined appeals and took the lead in the case.
In the judgment, Underhill LJ praised Tom for providing “a most lucid and helpful overview of the field”.
