In this Privy Council appeal from Trinidad & Tobago the appellant, Ashmeed Mohammed, challenged the decision of the Court of Appeal, disagreeing with the trial judge, that the three respondents were entitled to equitable interests in the homes built and maintained by them on his property during the ownership of his predecessors.
