The Court of Appeal Judgment in Hoteles Pinero Canarias SL v Keefe, was handed down on 17 June 2015.
The Court considered whether the English court has jurisdiction to entertain the claim brought by a English claimant injured in Tenerife against the Spanish hotel, when that claim is coupled to a direct claim against the Spanish liability insurer.
