Summary: A bankrupt failed in his attempt to challenge his trustees’ requests for document and information disclosure from third parties. The requests were not perverse, and even if they included personal papers, the authorities were clear that such papers could and must be disclosed to trustees pursuant to the Insolvency Act 1986 s.311 if they related to the bankrupt’s estate or affairs.
