Chambers is delighted to welcome Andrew Barns-Graham as a member.

Andrew specialises in civil fraud litigation and asset recovery, banking and other commercial disputes, shareholder disputes, and contentious insolvency and trusts. His related areas of expertise include freezing injunctions, financial disclosure applications and asset tracing, securities fraud, forgery and counterfeiting, breach of confidence or fiduciary duty, the cross-border enforcement of judgments and non-performing loans, jurisdiction challenges, and conflicts of laws.

Andrew joins 3 Hare Court after 12 years working as an employed barrister in the civil fraud teams at PCB Byrne and Pinsent Masons, both top-ranked in the legal directories. Due to his background, Andrew is especially good at viewing litigation from the perspectives of clients and solicitors and at understanding all the practical challenges involved. Andrew prides himself on being a team-player who works extremely hard and maintains a focus on achieving the client’s commercial objectives.

Tom Poole KC, Head of Recruitment & Pupillage comments, “We are pleased Andrew has become a member of 3 Hare Court. Andrew’s specialist expertise is an excellent addition to our growing commercial and banking practice. I wish Andrew every success in his career at the Bar.”
