3 Hare Court is pleased to welcome Tekena Mac-Yoroki under the 10,000 Black Interns scheme for the Bar.

The 10,000 Interns Foundation provides paid internships for Black students and graduates through the 10,000 Black Interns (10KBI) Programme. This scheme is designed to support Black students and graduates and address under-representation of Black talent across various sectors.

Last year, in 2023, we welcomed Olamide Belewu, you can read about her experience at 3 Hare Court on the Bar Council website here.

Richard Campbell, member of our EDI Committee, says “We are very much looking forward to Tekena joining us to gain an insight into the legal profession and life at the Bar. We hope to provide exposure to our range of practice areas and highly experienced barristers to help pave the way to gaining a thriving legal career.”

Visit our equality and diversity page to find out more about our EDI commitments.
