Charlotte Pope-Williams and Anna Lancy are taking part in the GREAT Legal Services’ programme of events alongside the International Bar Association (IBA) Annual Conference in Mexico in September 2024.
These events will bring together legal professionals at the top of their field, build connections, and showcase the UK’s world-leading legal services sector helping to drive economic growth in the UK. Led by the UK Ministry of Justice and part of the UK Government’s GREAT campaign, the GREAT Legal Services showcases the UK’s legal services and the strength of English and Welsh law.
17 September roundtable
Anna Lancy joins other senior professionals in the international disputes and arbitration community with a cohort of UK legal professionals for an engaging discussion followed by informal networking. Hosted at the British Embassy and run in partnership with Arbitra, the roundtable will look at recent developments and reforms to international arbitration across key Latin American markets, with a sectoral focus on energy, natural resources, renewables and infrastructure.

Charlotte Pope-Williams and Anna Lancy join a select group of financial services specialists, including General Counsel at British businesses based in Mexico, regional in-house legal professionals, corporate and finance lawyers, and senior government officials for a focused discussion on the key practical issues surrounding financial services internationally, with a special emphasis on Mexico and the UK. The session is run in partnership with Hogan Lovells Mexico and Nader, Hayaux & Goebel.
