3 Hare Court commits to Greener Litigation Pledge.

We are pleased to announce that it is a founding signatory to the Greener Litigation Pledge. This is a commitment by solicitors’ firms, barristers’ chambers and other disputes professionals to take action to reduce the environmental impact of dispute resolution. The pledge was drafted by a steering committee of solicitors’ firms convened by Mishcon de Reya, and other founding signatories include Kennedys LLP, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP, and Simmons + Simmons LLP.

The pledge forms part of the Greener Litigation Project, a broader initiative which aims to reduce the carbon footprint of dispute resolution in line with the objective of restricting global warming to 1.5°C as set out in the 2015 Paris Climate Agreement.
