With a strong grounding in relevant practice areas – professional negligence, clinical negligence, employment, police, and civil liberties/human rights, members are frequently instructed in a wide range of cases involving professional disciplinary issues and are regarded as a sensible option for the representation of professionals.
- Recent work includes challenges for pharmacists in the Administrative Court; representation in dentists’ professional conduct proceedings; Bar disciplinary proceedings; etc.
- James Dingemans QC is on the Advisory Panel for the Rugby Football League.
- Rupert Butler is Counsel retained by the Council for the Inns of Court as Clerk to the Bar Disciplinary Council
- Members of Chambers sit as legal assessors to professional disciplinary tribunals, including the Nursing and Midwifery Council and the General Chiropractic Council (Andrew Young); and the Professional Conduct Committee of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (Sebastian Neville- Clarke)
